I am the practice Principal at Fresh Approach Financial Planning. My aim is to give you a fresh perspective on your financial planning, help you simplify the process and promote real understanding of financial services.

I have been in the financial services industry since 2004. My career started as a
Bank Manager and I progressed to being a Financial Adviser in 2006. In 2011, I
joined 2plan wealth management and became an Independent Financial Adviser.

I have traded as Fresh Approach Financial Planning since 2019. As a firm we still retain all the support and expertise of the 2plan network, but are now able to promote my own brand values, as well as retaining peace of mind for both clients and our business.

My Experience

​I hold the Diploma in Financial Advice and also have certifications in mortgage advice, equity release and long term care planning. I continually update my knowledge through regular professional development to ensure that I can give clear and accurate advice at all times.

How I Work With My Clients?

Based in Malvern, Worcestershire, I specialise in Investment and Retirement planning. I am also able to advise on protection planning, long term care, mortgages and equity release.

​My aim is to provide a ‘no jargon’ approach which my clients appreciate, all
conducted from my office or the comfort of your own home. I consolidate my advice with a reliable review service that strengthens client relationships and helps build further business via referrals.

Laura previously worked in the marketing industry, managing a team and dealing with clients & customers on a day-to-day basis. Laura joined Fresh Approach in August 2021 as she was looking for a career change. In the years since joining, Laura has completed the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and the Certification in Mortgage advice. She now assists Paul with the preparation and planning of client files for regular reviews and new business.

Laura brings with her an array of skills from account management, data analysis and a high level of customer services.

Outside of work Laura enjoys family life with her partner & son. She also likes to stay active by running & playing netball.
